The answer

The best act after the Fajr prayer in congregation is to sit in the prayer area remembering Allah until the sun rises and its redness disappears, then to pray two rak'ahs, based on the : "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak'ahs, it will be for him like the reward of a complete, complete Hajj and '." It is preferable to recite the prescribed remembrances, then to frequently engage in tasbih (glorifying Allah), tahlil (declaring there is no god but Allah), tahmid (praising Allah), takbir (magnifying Allah), recitation of the Qur'an, sending blessings upon the Prophet, and seeking and imparting knowledge.
