Is it permissible to combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers due to excessive flatulence and irregular bowel movements?

If you suffer from constant flatulence that accompanies you most of the time, such that you do not find enough time for purification (tahara) and prayer without the emission of gas, then you are considered to have incontinence (sahib salas). In this case, it is permissible for you to combine prayers, like a woman with irregular bleeding (mustahadah) or a person with urinary incontinence, based on the of Hamnah bint Jahsh. However, if you find a period during which no gas is emitted, sufficient for purification and prayer, then you are not considered to have incontinence, and it is not permissible for you to combine prayers for this excuse.
