Is it permissible to perform ghusl and pray when the bleeding stops during menstruation, from morning until night, knowing that it is not istihadah (irregular bleeding), such as when bleeding occurs on the morning of the fourth day and stops at night?

The purity that interrupts menstruation is a valid purity according to the preponderant of the two scholarly opinions. Therefore, if a woman sees purity during her menstrual days, she must perform ghusl (definition), pray, and all rulings applicable to pure women apply to her. If the blood returns during the menstrual period, she reverts to being a menstruating woman. Some scholars are of the view that she should not pay attention to a brief interruption but should wait a day and a half. However, the first opinion is more cautious and absolves one of responsibility.
