What are the Sharia rulings consequent upon the death of a two-month-old fetus, after its heartbeat was heard, for both the mother and the father?

A miscarriage that occurs at two months of gestation is not considered a human being because the soul has not yet been breathed into it. Therefore, it is not obligatory to wash, shroud, or pray over it, and the rulings pertaining to a miscarriage into which the soul has been breathed do not apply to it. The blood discharged by a woman after miscarrying something in which human creation has not yet become apparent is considered Istihadah (definition) (irregular bleeding) and not Nifas (definition) (post-natal bleeding).
