Are the irregular bloody discharges experienced by the daughter considered menses, necessitating abstention from prayer, and what is the legal and medical treatment for this condition?

If brown spots and light blood appear less than fifteen days after the first cessation of blood, and she does not have a specific habit, then the first ten days from the beginning of the month are counted, and five days are added from the days she sees these spots and blood until fifteen days are completed. After that, her ruling is that of a pure woman, and whatever comes after that is (irregular bleeding). This is known as "talfiq" (combining). However, if these spots and blood do not appear until fifteen days or more after purity, then it is a new menstruation.
