The answer

Yellowish and brownish discharges are considered menstruation if a woman sees them during her regular period, or if they are connected to blood after its cessation. If a woman sees these discharges during her regular period, intercourse is not permissible, because they are considered menstruation. However, if they occur outside of her regular period, they are not considered menstruation, and intercourse is permissible.
