Is it permissible to combine the view that yellowish and brownish discharges before menstruation are considered menses (according to the majority opinion) with the view that they are considered menses after menstruation (during the habitual period), due to the irregularity of the habitual period?

Whoever considers yellowness (sufrah) and 'turbidity' (kudrah) to be menstruation, considers them menses if they appear after menstruation, whether immediately connected to it or separate from it, as long as this occurs within a period during which menstruation can occur. He treats them as explicit blood, given that they are colors of blood.
