What is Sheikh Al-Albani's commentary in "Silsilah al-Da'ifah" under the Hadith "The minimum period of menstruation is three days" (No. 1414)?

Al-Albani stated that the hadith (definition): "The minimum period of menstruation is three [days], and its maximum is ten," is munkar (rejected) and revolves around liars, abandoned narrators, and unknown individuals. He quoted Ibn Taymiyyah as saying that it is batil (definition) (false) and mawdu' (fabricated) by agreement of hadith scholars. He also quoted Al-Shawkani as saying that all narrations regarding the estimation of the minimum and maximum periods of menstruation are either mawdu' (fabricated) or da'if (weak). Al-Albani preferred Ibn Taymiyyah's view that there is no specific limit for the minimum or maximum period of menstruation. Rather, whatever a woman continuously experiences as a regular custom is menstruation, unless the bleeding is continuous and perpetual, in which case it is not menstruation. This is also the view adopted by Ibn Hazm.
