The answer

Prayer is obligatory upon every Muslim who is an adult and of sound mind, whether male or female. A condition for a woman's obligation to perform it is her purity from menstruation and postnatal bleeding; thus, prayer is not obligatory upon her during menstruation and postnatal bleeding, nor is it valid from her, and she is not required to make it up when she becomes pure. As for pregnancy, it does not nullify her prayer in any way.
