If the fetus has begun to form, then the blood after its miscarriage is (post-natal bleeding), which prohibits what Nifas blood prohibits. If it has not formed, then the blood is Istihada (irregular vaginal bleeding), unless it coincides with her regular period or exhibits the characteristics of menstruation.
