What is the ruling on dealing with the tissue passed after a miscarriage, and is prayer obligatory with the bleeding resulting from it?

The clots do not need to be taken to a laboratory, nor does the blood need to be buried, because there is no discernible human creation in it. The minimum period for human creation to be discernible is eighty days. This blood is considered istihadah (definition) (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding), and you are required to perform what is incumbent upon a woman experiencing istihadah, which includes ablution and prayer after removing the impurity. If the bleeding continues, perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, unless it coincides with your habitual menstrual period, in which case it is considered menstruation. Ibn 'Uthaymeen said: "If the fetus descends and human creation is discernible in it, then the blood is nifas (definition) (postnatal bleeding). If human creation is not discernible in it, then the blood is not nifas, so she prays and fasts, except during the days of her monthly habit."
