Is it permissible to take back one's wife after divorcing her three times in a state of anger?
Every divorce pronounced by the husband, whether explicitly or by implication with the intention of divorce, while the husband is conscious and not coerced, and the wife is under his marital bond or in her revocable waiting period (), is valid.
Thus, the first divorce during pregnancy is effective.
The second is effective if you took your wife back before she gave birth or with a new contract after the waiting period expired.
The third divorce is effective if your wife is still under your marital bond, and the divorce of an angry person is effective if he comprehends what he is saying.
If three divorces occur, the wife becomes unlawful to you and is not permissible for you unless she marries another husband.
