Divorce pronounced during menstruation is effective according to the majority of scholars. If the husband repeats the words of divorce intending confirmation, not a new pronouncement, only one divorce takes effect. If this divorce is not the third, the husband may take his wife back before her ' expires. The husband is advised to beware of anger, as it is the key to evil.
