You have pronounced two divorces upon your wife, and you may take her back before her (waiting period) expires. As for her oath by making something unlawful (al-), it is an oath whose expiation is the expiation for an oath when broken, and no divorce occurs by it. She has indeed broken it. It is necessary to avoid such oaths due to the distress and difficulty they may lead to.
