Does the divorce issued by the husband jokingly with the phrasing "You are divorced, divorced, divorced" take effect, knowing that the couple had been together before the incident, and is the wife's questioning of her husband about his intention the next day considered a discussion of divorce, and does bid'ah divorce apply to this case?

As for the conversation that took place between you concerning divorce, no divorce results from it. Divorce during menstruation or during a period of purity in which intercourse occurred is valid according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant and adopted opinion. One must beware of succumbing to whispers (waswas) and seek Allah's help to get rid of them.
