Does touching the private parts during tawaf invalidate Umrah to ensure that menstruation has not occurred, and does that nullify wudu?

Ablution is not invalidated by touching the labia (shafrain) or one of them, because the private part (farj) is the exit point of impurity, and it is what is between them, not the labia themselves. Therefore, the 'Umrah (definition) is valid. If the private part was touched, then acting upon the less preferred opinion after the act has occurred and given the difficulty of rectifying it, is permissible.
