Is it forbidden to watch stimulating clips and engage in sexual fantasies to reach orgasm during menstruation?

It is not permissible to watch scenes that incite lust, for Islamic law has commanded lowering the gaze and safeguarding against prohibited thoughts. Allah Almighty says: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do." The noble Hadith (definition) clarifies that the eyes commit their form of adultery through looking, and the ears commit their form of adultery through listening, and the rest of the body parts have their share of metaphorical adultery, which the private parts either confirm or deny. This prohibition is part of blocking the means that lead to the forbidden, as in the prohibition of approaching adultery in Allah Almighty's saying: "And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way." It is advised to occupy oneself with what benefits in religion and worldly matters, associate with righteous deeds, and avoid everything that incites lust.
