What is the ruling on a husband masturbating with his hand after foreplay with his wife, whether she is menstruating or unable to have intercourse, and is it permissible for a man to masturbate using any part of his wife's body?
It is permissible for the husband to enjoy his wife, by arousing and ejaculating, except for intercourse during menstruation and in the anus. He may masturbate with her hand. As for a man masturbating with his own hand, it is absolutely forbidden. If a woman knows that her husband will masturbate with his hand if she arouses him, she is not permitted to assist him. If a woman is unable to respond to her husband for intercourse, she is excused, but that does not permit him to masturbate with his hand. A man arousing his lust with his hand before intercourse has the same ruling as masturbation with the hand in terms of prohibition. The woman should advise her husband wisely by explaining the prohibition of masturbation.
