How does the questioner balance his desire to return to Egypt to leave a suspicious job, his father's rejection, who threatens to disown him if he does so, and his fear of disobeying his parents?
If by "more cautious" you mean avoiding doubtful matters, then you can do so, especially after seeking the advice of scholars. Avoiding doubtful matters protects your religion and your honor, and those who frequently engage in them may fall into the unlawful. Some scholars believe it is obligatory to obey parents in doubtful matters, but this requires clarification; obedience should be occasional, not continuous, so that one's religion is not corrupted. If they command an action that is doubtful, one must weigh the benefits and harms. If the benefit outweighs the harm, obey them. If the harm outweighs the benefit, disobey them. You can combine earning a lawful livelihood and obeying your parents by seeking lawful work outside your country.
