The answer

If the certificate you hold states that your educational level is an engineer, while in reality you are a senior technician, then it is considered a false certificate. However, if your certificate states you are a senior technician, but you informed the employer that you are an engineer, then this is considered lying and deception, both of which are unlawful (). If the condition for acceptance into the job or for obtaining a certain salary is the possession of an engineer's certificate, then it is not permissible for you to work in a way that contravenes this condition. But if the certificate is symbolic, and what truly matters is the experience and competence you possess, then there is no harm in continuing with the job.
