It is the employee's right to demand his salary from the company. If the father is responsible for the work, then the responsibility falls solely upon him. However, if the work is for the benefit of the company, then his salary is the company's responsibility. What happened is considered treachery and theft. The employee and his father must return any money exceeding their rightful due to the company. If the work was for the father, then they both must return all the money.
