The salary earned from a permissible and lawful job is halal (definition), and there is no obligation to donate a portion of it. However, if the loan is usurious, it is forbidden and repentance from it is obligatory. If the doubt (riba) in the work stems from a lack of commitment to attendance, then one is only entitled to the salary commensurate with the days of attendance. The excess must be returned or donated if returning it is not possible. A definitive ruling cannot be made without knowing the nature of the work, the specific aspect of doubt in it, and the terms of the loan.
