The answer

A retirement pension is permissible if it is drawn from what was deducted from your salary during employment, or if its calculation is based on your years of service. As for the increase granted by the state that is not tied to years of service and requires reaching a certain age, it is not your right until you reach that age. To ascertain the reality of the retirement pension and the percentage due to you at your age, you can refer to the responsible authority and inquire from them.
