The answer

If you travel to your country, you will not be disobeying Allah's will, but you may incur sin if you neglect obligatory rights. We believe that your remaining in Saudi Arabia is more appropriate for three reasons: your increased level of religiosity and commitment, the ease of performing rituals, and the improvement of your financial situation. As for performing regarding leaving your job and returning, it is a legitimate request, and it is recommended to consult with people of sound judgment.
