A person afflicted with urinary incontinence must perform ablution (wudu) and wash the private parts () for every obligatory prayer, using a diaper or a bandage. The subsequent leakage of urine does not harm him, as he is excused. He must wash the affected area, secure it, and take precautions as much as possible.
