Is it permissible to delay the Tarawih prayer due to work, knowing that work hours begin at 10:00 PM?

Tarawih prayer is a confirmed Sunnah (definition), and it is preferable to perform it in congregation in the mosque, according to the majority of scholars. Whoever prays with the Imam for as long as they can, and is unable to complete it with him, we hope that the full reward for it will be written for them. If you are initially unable to perform it in congregation in the mosque, its Sunnah status does not fall, and you can perform it at home after returning from work. To attain the reward mentioned in the Hadith (definition): "Whoever stands (in prayer) during Ramadan (definition) with faith and expecting Allah's reward, all his past sins will be forgiven," it is not a condition to perform it in the mosque; rather, the important thing is that it be prayed with faith and expecting Allah's reward, whether in the mosque or at home.
