Is it permissible to postpone the Dhuhr and Asr prayers to combine them with Maghrib due to the unavailability of a suitable place for prayer at work, or is it permissible for a woman to pray in her office while sitting, or in the company in front of people?

It is not permissible for a woman to work in a mixed-gender environment except in cases of dire necessity, provided she adheres to the Sharia (definition) guidelines, such as complete hijab (definition), the prohibition of shaking hands with men or being in seclusion with them, and refraining from wearing perfume. A woman must perform every prayer at its appointed time. If she does not find a suitable place, she may pray in her office in full Sharia-compliant attire. It is not permissible for her to pray while sitting if she is able to stand, and men seeing her during prayer is not an excuse for her to forgo standing.
