What is the ruling on working in departments whose job is to count employees and plan jobs in a company that has unregulated intermingling and unintended, unsafe private encounters?

There is no harm for one who works in the statistics department, or job planning, and the like, in a company whose work is permissible, as long as their work does not involve anything forbidden. And what sometimes occurs in the company, such as impermissible seclusion (khalwa (definition)) and mixing (ikhtilat), does not make the work of these individuals forbidden.
