Are the two plots of land, compensated for the plot of land relinquished to the mosque, considered an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah)?

If land is explicitly or implicitly designated as a waqf (endowment) with the intention [of charity], it becomes a waqf, and the endower is rewarded for it. If it has not yet been endowed, taking compensation for it removes it from being considered a sadaqah (definition) (charity) or a sadaqah jariyah (perpetual charity). Sadaqah is the act of transferring ownership without compensation, with the intention of seeking proximity to Allah. If one desires the land to be a sadaqah, no compensation should be taken for it, and its reward should be sought from Allah. If compensation is taken for it, and the remainder is given in charity, then that remainder becomes a sadaqah jariyah.
