Are two rak'ahs to be prayed, reciting Al-Fatihah and Al-Tawhid once in each rak'ah, with prolonged bowing (ruku') and prostration (sujud), and then after the prayer, saying: "O Most Glorious, O One, O Most Generous, I turn to You through Muhammad, Your Prophet, the Prophet of Mercy, peace be upon him and his family. O Muhammad, O Messenger of Allah, I turn through you to Allah, my Lord and your Lord and the Lord of everything, and I ask You, O Allah, to bless Muhammad and his household, and I ask You for a generous breath from Your breaths, and an easy opening and a wide provision by which I may mend my scattered affairs, pay off my debts, and seek help for my family"?

There is no specific prayer for increasing sustenance (rizq) in the sound Sunnah (definition), and a prayer described as such is an innovation (bid'ah). Seeking intercession through the Messenger (peace be upon him) after his death to avert harm or bring benefit is impermissible and is considered major polytheism (shirk (definition) akbar) that expels one from the fold of Islam. Among the lawful means for increasing sustenance are: seeking forgiveness (istighfar), maintaining ties of kinship (silat al-rahim), giving abundant charity (sadaqah (definition)), fearing Allah (taqwa (definition)), performing many Hajj and Umrah (definition) pilgrimages, and making supplication (du'a).
