Is a person considered to be among the Ahl al-Bayt if his lineage connects to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) through males, except for one link in the chain that was female?

Whoever has a female in their lineage to the Prophet's family (peace be upon him) is not considered part of them regarding specific rulings, such as the prohibition of receiving charity (sadaqah (definition)) and zakat (definition). However, the honor and sanctity of lineage are not severed, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The son of a people's sister is one of them, or from themselves." This implies mutual assistance, support, kindness, and compassion. It behooves anyone with a lineage link to the Prophet (peace be upon him) to be worthy of it, and to recognize the sanctity and honor of the Hashemite lineage.
