Is it permissible for a university student from Ahl al-Bayt to receive assistance from the Zakat Fund, or is it considered a Sadaqah that is not permissible for him?

It is permissible to give to the family of the Prophet (peace be upon him), according to many scholars, if they are deprived of their right from the public treasury. Some even explicitly stated that giving it to them in such a case is better than giving it to others among the Zakat recipients.
