If the question is whether it is permissible to give charity from salary and employee fund profits, then voluntary charity is permissible from all lawful wealth, and its virtues have been clarified in 108778. Furthermore, the ruling on subscribing to employee funds has been clarified in Fatwa 46433. If these funds are permissible to subscribe to, then giving charity from their profits and principal is permissible.
