What is the reward for creating a Facebook page to publish Quranic verses daily, and is it considered an invitation to Allah, or an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), or a form of piety (Taqwa) that brings sustenance, knowing that it requires regular effort and its owner does not seek financial gain or fame?

Creating the aforementioned page is a good deed, for which its doer will be rewarded. It is a form of calling to Allah Almighty and conveying His law, and it falls under the meaning of piety, which Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah interpreted as "doing what you have been commanded and refraining from what you have been forbidden." However, creating this page is not considered an ongoing charity (sadaqah (definition) jariyah), which is an endowment (waqf).
