Creating the aforementioned page is a good deed, for which its doer will be rewarded. It is a form of calling to Allah Almighty and conveying His law, and it falls under the meaning of piety, which Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah interpreted as "doing what you have been commanded and refraining from what you have been forbidden." However, creating this page is not considered an ongoing charity ( jariyah), which is an endowment (waqf).
