Could you please mention some Hadith about the conditions for Zakat?

If silver reaches two hundred dirhams and a year passes on it, then it is subject to a of five dirhams. And if gold reaches twenty dinars and a year passes on it, then it is subject to half a dinar. Whatever exceeds that is calculated proportionally. Zakat is not obligatory on wealth until a year has passed on it.
