Is Zakat obligatory on a car designated for distributing goods, and on the distributed goods that are bought and sold on credit?

The trade goods you possess are subject to zakat (definition) after a full year has passed, by assessing their value at market price at the time zakat becomes due. This includes adding collectible debts and subtracting immediate debts. If the total reaches the nisab (definition), zakat becomes obligatory. As for debts owed by an insolvent person or a procrastinator, zakat is paid for one year after their collection. There is no zakat on vehicles used for transporting goods, refrigeration equipment, offices, warehouses, and similar items that are not intended for sale.
