Should I pay Zakat on money that has been with me for a full year, while I intend to use it for Hajj?

is obligatory on money if it reaches the نصاب (minimum threshold) and a whole year has passed over it. The نصاب is equivalent to the value of 85 grams of gold. Zakat does not lapse on this money merely by the intention of spending it on Hajj provisions.
