Regarding the son having the phone, if he was the one who took it, this is a mistake, and his parents should strive to correct him by raising him on honesty and contentment. It is recommended not to speak with him directly about the ring; rather, the mother should be left to converse with him, counseling her to deal with him through dialogue, not harshness, and to look into his expenses and company. Furthermore, emphasis must be placed on doctrinal and devotional upbringing that cultivates religious motivation. She must also safeguard her money and not expose it to loss.
