How much is the blood money (diyya) for unintentional, semi-intentional, and intentional killing in Indonesia and Libya?

We were not aware of the value of blood money (Diyah) in the two aforementioned countries. This can be ascertained by referring to the Sharia (definition) courts in those countries. It is presumed that the Diyah in these countries should be the same as the Diyah throughout the entire Islamic world, because the original basis of the legal Diyah is: one hundred camels, or one thousand gold dinars, or twelve thousand silver dirhams, or two thousand sheep. The mitigated Diyah for accidental killing (qatl al-khata') and semi-accidental killing (shibh al-khata') is due from the male agnates (Aqila), payable over three years. For semi-deliberate killing (shibh al-amd), the aggravated Diyah is due from the Aqila. As for deliberate killing (al-amd), the Diyah is aggravated if the guardian of the victim (wali al-dam) pardons the killer and accepts Diyah, and in this case, it is paid specifically from the killer's wealth. The aggravation of Diyah applies specifically to camels, which are paid as threefold or fourfold. The value of Diyah in today's circulating currency, whether aggravated or mitigated, in these two countries, should be referred to those with knowledge there.
