The answer

When funds reach their rightful recipient, they become their property, and the wealthy individual may eat from them if the poor person permits it. Therefore, the questioner incurs no sin by eating from zakat funds consumed within the household of the family he is assisting, nor by residing with them and sharing in the expenses. However, it is not permissible for him to mix or be in seclusion with the women of the family under the pretext of marrying one of them.
