The answer

For the answer to the first and second questions, one should refer to Fatwas No. 37883, 35858, 40993, and 31001. As for the third question, if the workers receive a salary that suffices their basic needs, it is not permissible to give them (from ) because they are not poor. Refer to No. 36628 to understand who is considered poor (faqir) and needy (miskin). If they are poor and needy, it is permissible to give them zakat with the intention of it being zakat, without needing to inform them that it is zakat, as long as the intention for zakat was made and they are among its eligible recipients.
