Is it permissible to pay the Zakat amount in installments if the hawl (a year) has passed on the money and Zakat became due, but the Zakat amount is not currently available?

It is not permissible to divide the amount and disburse it in installments, because it becomes obligatory to meet the needs of the poor, and it is an immediate obligation. Therefore, the obligation must be fulfilled immediately.
