The answer

For the permissibility of participating in a savings account, it is stipulated that the company must not benefit from the employee's money, and the money must not be invested in a forbidden manner. is obligatory on the amount deducted from the employee's salary each year, based on their total private balance and permissible profits, whether the money is withdrawn or kept. As for the amount contributed by the company, there is no Zakat on it until it is received, at which point Zakat is paid for one year. If the balance is withdrawn before retirement, any amount deducted from it before a full year has passed is not subject to Zakat. However, after a full year has passed, Zakat is obligatory on the entire amount before taxes are deducted.
