The answer

Angels can take on the form of humans, and they can be seen in this form, but their true forms are not seen by anyone except the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him. As for jinn, they can see angels in different forms, and there is nothing in Islamic law that prohibits this, but rather there is evidence to support it, as Satan saw the angels on the day of Badr and fled. This vision may be a torment, as is the case with disbelievers at the time of death, or a mercy and glad tidings, as is the case with believers. And the preponderant view is that there is nothing to prevent the jinn from seeing the angels, but rather there is evidence that indicates this. It is more appropriate for the Muslim to be concerned with what matters to him in his religion and to learn, not to delve into what he does not need.
