Is the Hadith that narrates that Allah's Throne is above the two horns of an angel whose foot is in the lowest earth authentic, and what is the difference between it and the myth that the earth is above the two horns of a bull, and what is meant by the "lowest earth," and where are the remaining seven angels who carry the Throne?

The hadith (definition) narrated by Al-Tabarani on the authority of Anas with the wording: "I have been granted permission to speak about an angel from among the bearers of the Throne; his feet are in the lowest earth, and the Throne is upon his horn, and between his earlobe and his shoulder is the fluttering of a bird for seven hundred years. The angel says: 'Glory be to You wherever You are,'" is weak and its text contains strangeness. The correct narration is what Abu Dawud and Ahmad narrated from Jabir ibn Abdullah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "I have been granted permission to speak about an angel from among the angels of Allah, from the bearers of the Throne. Indeed, the distance between his earlobe and his shoulder is a journey of seven hundred years." Matters of the unseen are received with submission without commentary, not to be described as superstition. The hadith describes one of the bearers of the Throne.
