What should I do about hearing voices in the house after bloodstains appeared on the walls, especially since I used to pray and read the Quran regularly, but my commitment has started to wane?

These sounds and actions might be emanating from the jinn, whose existence we must believe in due to their extraordinary abilities. The jinn have no authority over the righteous servants of Allah, but they gain power over those who follow them, or Allah may grant them power over believers due to their sins. A Muslim must arm themselves with faith, good deeds, and the remembrance of Allah, such as regularly reciting adhkar and reading the Quran, especially Surah (definition) Al-Baqarah, in the home. One must also cleanse the home of anything that involves disobedience to Allah, such as pictures and dogs, because angels do not enter a house containing these, making such homes a breeding ground for devils. It is also recommended to recite Surah Al-Mulk before sleeping.
