Is it permissible to perform Salat al-Hajah (Prayer of Need) with twelve rak'ahs, with the tashahhud between every two rak'ahs, and by reciting Al-Fatihah and Ayat al-Kursi during prostration, knowing that "it was said that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade reciting the Qur'an during prostration"?

"Salat al-Hajah (definition) (the Prayer of Need) has no authentic Ahadith supporting it. It has been mentioned in four Ahadith: two of which are fabricated (mawdu'), and the other two are very weak (da'if jiddan). Furthermore, the experience of some people and their claim that it is beneficial does not prove its legal validity, for the response might be due to divine decree (qada' wa qadar (definition)) or a form of enticement (istidraj). What is authentically established from supplications and prayers in the Prophetic Sunnah (definition) suffices in its stead."
