What is the reality of Tawhid al-Rububiyyah (Oneness of Lordship), and did anyone deny it?

"Tawhid (definition) al-Rububiyyah (Oneness of Lordship) is the singularization of Allah Almighty in His actions, such as creation, dominion, governance, and provision, and belief in divine decree. The polytheists generally affirmed it, and no known human being denied it except Pharaoh, out of arrogance and stubbornness, as he disbelieved while being certain of it. Similarly, the Majus (Zoroastrians) associated partners with Allah in it by attributing two creators to the world (light and darkness), though they did not consider them equal. The polytheists' affirmation of Rububiyyah was not complete; rather, certain actions on their part violated it."
