What is the ruling on one who doubts having wiped the head after ablution (wudu'), and is the water reaching the head when washing the face considered sufficient for wiping the head?

The water reaching the front of the head when washing the face does not suffice for wiping the head. However, doubt after completing an act of worship has no effect, and one whose doubts are frequent should not pay attention to them. Therefore, whoever is afflicted with severe [waswasa] (obsessive whisperings) should not pay attention to doubts after ablution, such as whether she wiped her head or not.
