What is the ruling on not wiping the head with water during ablution due to hair loss?

Wiping the head is one of the pillars of ablution (wudu'), and there is a difference of opinion regarding the sufficient amount for it. What was mentioned about hair loss due to wiping is unlikely; it might be a whisper from Satan or natural hair shedding. If it is indeed due to wiping, then one can lighten the wiping or adopt the view that does not necessitate wiping the entire head, because hardship brings ease.
